Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009Leyla has been acting very interested in our food lately, and after putting it off as long as we could, we finally decided to give her some rice cereal with her milk. Leyla Attacks Smoochy
Sunday, February 15th, 2009Leyla spontaneously started attacking her plush frog Smoochy the other day. We think it may be related to teething. We did not know she was going to do this when we turned on the camera. We just turned it on because she was being cute.

Friday, December 5th, 2008Every night, as part of Leyla’s bedtime routine, we (usually Brock) read her Goodnight Moon and then hang out for a few minutes to let her wind down.
Last night Amanda recorded it on video. She has laryngitis, hence the raspy voice. Video behind the cut.

Video of Leyla Being Cute This Morning
Tuesday, December 2nd, 2008She’s almost two months old already! We discovered over Thanksgiving that she likes to be propped up on some pillows in bed so that she can look around. I decided to take a quick video this morning so that you can see how she’s growing. I also have a lot of photos and videos from Thanksgiving and such to post. Will get to that as soon as I can. One more day in the hospital
Friday, October 10th, 2008We’re going to stay one more day before heading home. Everything is fine, but we want some more time with help from nurses, etc, and to take advantage of some of the newborn baby educational stuff that they do here. We should be returning home tomorrow (Saturday). I’m going to try to get one of the nurses to do a quick family photo today, which I’ll post if I get.
